i had absolutely no issues installing this. The tap looks great, functions perfectly, feel nice to use with smooth and slick movement, and it does everything once would expect from a tap. I have hot, cold and filtered working. The system to attach to the worktop is easy and fixes tight. There is a rubber seal recessed to allow a good seal to the worktop. The physical movement of the spout is smooth and stiff. The individual taps move firm with a smooth feel and stop firmly. The whole tap feel solid and I am very happy with it. Impressed as it took me a long time decide which tap would be suitable, and this was the best value for money rather than spending more than double for a popular branded one when this is perfectly good. I even managed a £20 discount with applying for the Amazon credit card, so I only ended up paying about £60 :-) Enjoy.

The service from this company was excellent. I ordered the first tap and it arrived but was the wrong finish. I returned it and ordered another, there was no fuss, return was easy. Both taps were really lovely. The one I've kept is now installed and so far so good, no leaks and seems sturdy, looks great. I would recommend this company.

We previously had a Franke three way tap which cost in excess of £400 but had problems and needed replacing. Found this tap and the reviews were good and at around the £100 price thought it was worth a go. Pleasantly surprised when it arrived. Packed in a customised box with plenty of protection. The satin nickel finish was beautiful, the tap movement was smooth and the unit was solid and weighty. Only have one gripe and that was the two brass adaptors were on the edge of being slightly undersized so that we had a real struggle to fit them. Still gave it 5 stars though as this is a quality tap, well made, supplied with all the fittings (including a pair of white cotton gloves to avoid fingerprints) and the price and service were fab. Would definitely recommend.

We love this tap although our plumber had a few problems - easily resolved but delayed the fitting of the tap by a day.Once you get used to one side being hot and cold and the other side filtered water, it is great.Love the satin finish which looks great but is also much easier to keep looking nice - no fingermarks!Very happy with this and such great value.

We have one of Arputhy taps. They offer a 3 year warranty on the product page but do not believe it. They do not respond to emails or messages. The tap no longer works and we cannot repair it either. Do not believe the 3 year warranty. Amazon does nothing to help either.

Beautiful non chrome compact tap.Easy to use with filter water function plus hot and cold mains.Hubby fitted it himself so professional not needed if you have some basic plumbing skills.Great value and quality. Highly recommended.

The tap is sturdy but I can’t believe in this twenty first century a company will manufacture an expensive tap as this with no marked sign of hot or cold on the swing handle of the tap. Everything is just plain. It’s a no brainier. I don’t know what they were thinking or the product did not go through quality control.

I needed a nice water filter tap at a good price for a new kitchen in our annex and this tap seemed to fit the bill. When it arrived I was very impressed with the packaging and various adapters to suit all fittings. This a heavy, quality tap and works perfectly. The separate water filter tap works very well. This tap does not come with a filter cartridge however I purchased a modest priced filter kit from Amazon which did the trick. I like this tap so much we have since bought another for our main kitchen. I can honestly say this tap is as good as any branded tap I have purchased in the past at a fraction of the price. If you are in any doubt, don't be. It should be mentioned that I purchased a tap brace as this was fitted into a stainless steel sink and being heavy I wanted to make sure it was well supported.
