Essential for serious loomed beadwork!
THIS is the thread to use if you are serious about loomed beadwork. Strong, consistent thread. If you spend the time it takes to craft a loomed beadwork piece, cheaping out on thread shouldn't even be a consideration. Do youself a favor and use this.

Strong, flexible & fine
I have used Wildfire and fireline for many years. It is a strong but flexible beading thread and it fits through holes of small seed beads many times.

wonderful for crafts
I used so much of this to add big and small drift seeds to headpieces. The sea heart was heavy but it was no trouble for this stuff- the seeds stayed secure and black color blended very will with the seeds.

One of the best types of beading thread
I have been using this beading thread for years. This is my 2nd choice after FireLine. I prefer the thinnest type as it is thicker than FireLine. No issues with delivery.

Great for beading, but can fray if using sharp edged beads
Wildfire is the go-to staple for many seed bead artists. I tried it for the first time after previously using FireLine and beading thread. Like Fireline, it is made of strong monofilament, but it appears to have an outer sheath that will fray, as shown in my picture, if your tension is wrong while using sharp edged beads such as Miyuki Delicas. I solved this issue by loosening my tension and the final product looks great. Beware that others report that the colored variants of Wildfire will bleed color onto your hands while working with it. I only used frost color and this was not an issue. Overall, I prefer Fireline due to the issue with fraying, but Wildfire has an inner core of monofilament that remained strong even when frayed, so I’m confident I’ll be using this in the future similar projects.
