The product is great but delivery is disappointing and disrespectfulI would like to express my huge disappointment with your delivery personnel. I, who got discharged after an abdominal surgery is asked by your courier to come to a spot that is 10mins away from the delivery address that i provide, just because their vehicle might not go up the road to my address.I feel that any vehicular problem that your couriers faced is not my problem, but theirs. If his vehicle couldn't manage, he should just come by foot.I feel greatly disrespected that they refused to come and deliver to my designated address that i provide while i make my order, even though i told them i am still recovering from my surgery. So, i had no choice but to go their with my surgery bandages on.I am completely disgusted by your courier.
