Doesn’t work
I bought this for proctored exams. Suction cup was broken when it arrived, and when I plugged it into my computer (Windows 10 laptop) the picture was either frozen or the device wasn’t recognized. I never was able to use it. Total waste of money and very frustrating as a college student.

Easy to set up
The webcam is quite easy to set up. Plug the usb cable in and it should work. I use a Windows machine. The neck is flexible enough to adjust angel and height.

Not as high of quality as expected

Only good for Camera but not microphone or suction
Soon as I used the suction for the first time it broke. The microphone is recognized but you can hear nothing through it. When I do voice recognition it doesn't show me talking at all.

Needs a better stand
Ordered it for an exam that I had to take at home, met the specifications perfectly. Had no hassles with the installation or other items. Packing was good, picture quality was good, audio as well. Overall was a good purchase, but had to return it because the bottom which has a suction cup wasnt good.

The suction doesn't work on any surface, including glassThe stand doesn't have enough height to be placed behind the laptop without showing the lidThen the product itself doesn't work. The camera works for 2 seconds then freezes

Good value
Good for the price. I wish it all worked from USB, but this will still work with my raspberry pi
