Very helpful supplement to classes
This is a very helpful reference for belt test preparation and reviewing technique learned in class. I wouldn't try to learn Krav from this book alone, but it's certainly a useful study aid.

Like an encyclopedia of every possible move. Offence, defence, throws and ground work. It's all there. Good photos, great reference.

Really nice book
It catches all ideas of Krav Maga, philosophy of it and has some humoristisch notes. I use it together with training and helps a lot to improve. Nice book with pictures
