ipad came with fast shipping and no scratches or dents!! im very impressed with this ipad. its the perfect size. the battery does go down fast but its super easy too use and amazing for the price it was!

The charging ability is long lasting. It is durable this ipad has lasted quite a long time. The Keyboard display is easy to use. The speed is great. I ordered black . It looks great and easy to use.

Arrived in 2-3 days after order, even prior to Amazon confirming delivery. I was a little worried about the packaging as the ipad was in a bubble sleeve inside a thin cardboard box about the size of the ipad and finally inside a mail envelope like you would use to send documents. However when I pulled the ipad out it was in excellent condition, no scratches or defects on any sides or surfaces. It came with no charge but a note that the included aftermarket charger is compatible with the ipad. Initial charge was slow, I would say it took about 6-7 hours to get 100% on initial charge. Apple has documented that initial charge should take around 4 hours. I only used it for about 1 hour while I was configuring for my 7 year old and it had 90% battery remaining. From what I’ve read, expected battery like for the 2017 ipad is about 9 hours. I didn’t notice any excess heat coming from the ipad and it was responsive as you would expect from a new device. This is my first refurbished amazon tech purchase and overall I am very pleased after initial inspection. I will update this post prior to the Amazon 90 day warranty expiring and after it gets plenty of daily use to document our experience.

I’ve had this iPad for about a year now, and for the price, it’s pretty decent! I didn’t want to spend too much on a high-end model, so this was a good option. The only downsides are that it can run a little slow at times, and you can’t text Android users, which is a bit inconvenient. But overall, it’s a solid iPad for the cost!

We bought 3 of these. So far we have not had an issue. They work great and my kids are happy.

Stopped working after 2 weeks. Froze up and wouldn't accept my login password. Eventually locked up completely. Returning was a nightmare... only allowed ups pickup and off course they don't knock all you have to be literally waiting outside all day waiting for them. Use a different seller!
