Manuka ,best quality honey
Manuka is a great health option ,its a natural antibiotic (oral by spoon) ,face mask, great to put a thin layer on cuts ,mouth ulsers/sores , sore throat (swallowed slowly) ,coughs ,great to add to warm drinks.One spoonful twice per day can ward off flu etc ,great natural immune defence.Manuka Queen Bee Honey has many many uses ,look it up online for more benefits of this incredible honey ,its been used for centuries, a natural remedy for many health issues .
