Our Handy Smoker arrived promptly and exceeded our expectations. Very easy to setup and pumped out an impressive amount of smoke, and that was just on the low setting.We infused hamburgers with the included apple chips and they were extremely flavorful compared to the non-infused ones, and it really took less than one minute to add all that flavor!I definitely recommend purchasing the dome as it made it easy to keep in the smoke. I cannot wait to try steaks, roasts, and other meats.A great little gadget to add to your kitchen arsenal.

The media could not be loaded. I mainly use this at work to add smoke flavor to my meals during my long shifts. Everything from steaks to chili, stews, and cold cuts and cheeses

Works well my husband likes to use it to smoke his whiskey.

Opened the box only to discover that there wasn’t a hose of any kind included with the unit. I got the Handy smoker, removable burn pot, five tiny mesh screens and a tiny bottle of apple chips. According to the label on the box, there should have been an extra-long 24” extender hose, but it looks like someone forgot to pack it in the box. So this is going back and I will buy the polyscience one I was recommended to get in the first place. This is probably what I get for trying to save a few dollars.

Product arrived and DID NOT WORK!! Looked as though it has been returned prior to seller shipping it to me. No instructions were included. Box looked opened and when we put batteries in the compartment——NOTHING!! Nada!! Returned and purchased one from Sur La Table
