I used this to mount a fairly hefty 6" CBN wheel on a drill and it seems solid enough.The wheel is sold as a 1/2" hole (12.7mm), so I expected to file this 13mm arbor down a tiny bit, but turned out not to need it - maybe that's just the wheel really being 13mm though.The thread is reversed which in my case at least makes any rubbing tend to tighten it rather than loosen - an added bonus.

This product was used to connect to a drill so that a cutting disc could be attached. I did the job.

First time using this the bolt came loose and I really done it up tight, tried it again even tighter came loose again every time I used it came loose which is very dangerous when sanding discs cutting disc can come flying off not impressed
