Tray is 11.5 x 22 3/4 inches. Including brackets is 23.75 inches. Tips on the heads of the bolts makes it 24 inches.

It’s 30 inches not centimeters. It’s an average height desk not too close to the ground. But I don’t recommend it because it’s poor quality and very hard to assemble. Mine came with missing parts.
