SPAMLite, 12 Ounce Can (Pack of 12)

Ok.. it's tasty. No really, it is! But I always buy the 'lite' version - less fat AND salt instead of just one or the other. Is it a health food? Nope. But a really tasty, shelf-stable option for a treat. Stirfry, musbi, fried as breakfast meat, or a sandwich. Hard to find the 'lite' version locally, so I usually order this way. Came quickly (I have prime) and in great shape along with other items I ordered.

Even though "lite".... it's still a bit heavy on the salt... per portion, but a tasty product and good to have on the shelf.Great for emergency situation... camping and so forth.If you're mindful of your salt intake... can eat it whenever you like... It is tasty... and have bought many times.Appreciate the "lite" as the regular, is over the top on salt... now we can enjoy this a bit more often.

Usually less salt/fat items taste kind of blah, but Spam always has been a little heavy in both areas. I use spam for Misube, so with the glaze it gets a bit too salty for me. This is perfect. You can taste the Spam, you can taste the sauce. Nothing gets over powered.

Taste is not sacraficed in this Lite version of Spam. And so much cheaper by the case!

This is the first time we tried the Spam Lite, I would say this is a tasty Spam, good flavor yet less saltier than the Reduced Fat Spam. The texture when cutting the Spam is a little different, but once cooked, you can hardly tell the difference, I know the kids still enjoyed it!

LAST A LONG TIME

Personally the low sodium has a better flavor then the regular. Cooks up quick and can be used in many food dishes.
