Quick fix
Son had a leak from bathroom through to kitchen sealing. Plumber had to cut out part of wet wall, I went on the hunt & found this perfect access door. Probably won’t be needed for access again but saved pennies renewing wetwall & looks very neat. Very happy with it. Even installed it myself….no man needed lol.

Made hole in ceiling a lot neater
Had problem with water leak in garage ceiling and had to cut hole out to fix. This panel made it easy to make rugged hole left a lot cleaner and neater to cover and has advantage that I can just open any time in future to check on things above

Easy to install no issues
Bought this to be able to view some pipe work in a plasterboard void. Did the job installed in 15 minutes

Easy to fit and prompt delivery
We needed something to cover some pipes. And also need easy access in an emergency.Cover fitted easy over the large hole and flap opens and closes like a treat.

Far to thin
I don't like this at all thin no guts in it the door will not close properly, it will close but it will not stay closed I have put this in the ceiling and I have had to tape it up I feel I have wasted my moneyNot happy with at all
