LeilaLove Macarons - 6 Macaron 6 flavors

I really liked these macarons! I loved the little sprinkles and decor on the top of them. They were really delicious too!Some of them were slightly cracked at the top but that didn't bother me too much as they tasted good regardless. I'll be buying these again sometime soon!

I don't want to pretend that I'm an expert on French macarons, so I'm not going to make any absolute claims about authenticity. I'll just speak as someone who was curious about macarons, ordered these, and really, really enjoyed them. The flavors are delightfully intense and unique. I particularly loved the frango dark mint chocolate, the apricot orange butter creme, the blueberry orange, the rose & raspberry ganache, and the blackberry vanilla; but seriously there's not a dud in the bunch. If you're like me and maybe not so familiar with macarons, I'll give you the helpful advice that I would have wanted: you can't buy these to hoard for yourself for any length of time or hold to give as a gift to someone a few weeks in the future. They're made fresh, not individually wrapped, and will go stale pretty quickly. This sampler box consists of 18 mini macarons that you should either plan to share with friends within a couple days of receiving them, or have an indulgent couple of days for yourself. And if you're hesitant about the price for "cookies," just realize that you should think of them more as the equivalent of fine chocolates, much more analogous to a box of Godiva truffles than an Entenmann's cookie assortment. I was skeptical at first. Saw the reviews I was still skeptical,came home this morning from work ,saw the box on the table first thing I did open to taste.well we’ll guess what,it was a normal size ,they were not crumble or broken and they sure taste delicious. I am very surprise how fresh looking and good they were . And yes I will get some more in the future . And you can see they were made with love

My son and I watched a lot of cooking shows and we've been seeing macarons baked recently. So we wanted to try them without breaking the bank. Macarons are not cheap and we didn't want a large order just in case we didn't like them. LeilaLove had the perfect variety sample pack for the best price. They came in a beautiful pink box with a handwritten note from Leila and they were fresh! It was our first taste of macarons and we loved them. I wonder what else LeilaLove bakes? 🥰

First off, I would like to say that the mini macaron collection was delicious. I gave it a one star simply for the fact that it is over priced. I guess that I was not aware how small the box of macarons would be. I had travelled recently to paris and next to my hotel was a shop that sold macarons that were more fresh and delicious and way less expensive than this LeilaLove collection. If you are willing to throw your money away, by all means knock yourself out.

Arrived in nice packaging and in good condition (important when given as a gift). Receipt is tucked in with the packaging so remove before giving as a gift. Comes with note from Leila (not personalized in this case).

Loved them!!!

I probably just don't like macarons to begin with. The candy colored ones tasted like bitter medicine but looked very well prepared. The only one I could tolerate to eat was the peanut butter one. Personally feel these are cuter to look at than to eat.
