You never know what you are going to get sometimes with hair products. This one is spot on. I have found that many hair products for short hair tend to be scented strongly "male" with a heavy cologne smell. This one is perfect, it does not make you smell like a man, unless of course that is what you are going for. As a female this scent is perfect, light and bright. The cream texture is smooth and you can work it well into your hair and it disappears well. It does not leave your hair dull like clay products do, it makes your hair feel as if it has hold but not stiff it stays soft with a nice hold. You never look over "styled" Very pleased, may buy a couple more... because you guys know that as soon as you find a favorite product they discontinue it!

Easy to use, it doesn't make your hair hard, holds it it place but keeps it soft and bouncy. Great quality and perfect thickness.

Smells nice, Gives plenty of texture, but isn't workable or easy to style or stay in place. Very matte. Would have preferred a just little shine.

When I started using hair product, I bought at least 7 different types of pomade, molding cream, paste, and hair spray. At a medium price, this was by far the best. It holds hair in place, and looks more natural as the day goes on without losing its hold. At first, it looks like a strong hold pomade, but once you run your hands through it, it breaks up and looks natural. It works well in wet hair, but can go into dry hair as well. It isn't sticky. It even works after sleeping with it in, just re-wet and re-place the hair. It washes out easily with shampoo.

I like the lasting hold and natural style this gives to my hair.

I love this stuff! Works well, washes out easy and makes you feel like a stud. WARNING: Might make you feel much sexier than you actually are. Use with caution.

The hold is low. If you actually work and sweat just a little bit the cream seems to melt on to your scalp, and by proxy your hair should be completely dry when you apply the cream. Regardless of how you apply the cream though, it will leave loose hairs flying in the wind. Overall, I would say it is a terrible product. The only mileage you get from this is in a dry climate while youre sitting down protected from nature in an office somewhere. Completely overpriced and utter garbage.

I used to use Billy Jealousy cream a couple of years back and I'm really not impressed with this version. The hold is acceptable and the smell is ok. Overall it's good, but the simple fact is: there are much better products on the market for around this price.
