Seems good
It took 3 solid coats on our old (dried out) basement cement floor but it seems like it will be moisture proof. Product is easy to work with.

This was the winner
Bought 3 different types of these “water proffer/ liquid rubber”. This one was the best by far. One of the others seemed like good quality but smelled like someone crapped on a dead animal carcass that was soaked in oil. The other was too thin and watery, but this one nailed it

Waterproofer with Soap and Water Ckeanup
I applied this liquid rubber waterproofing to the stucco/slab interface to prevent water from wicking up into the pool bathroom. I put on three coats using soap and water to clean up the brush between coats. Water from the pool deck drain as well as from rain can overwhelm the ability of the water to run away from the house during severe rain storms such as those that occurred during hurricane Milton. Wicking can occur when the water pools at the stucco/slab interface. We were lucky as the wicking was very limited and did not cause any damage-only a slippery tile floor.

Passed my first tests
I've only done a test trial on some boards but so far it seems to do what I expected... which is to seal the boards well enough to keep away decay when on the ground for a long time. I'll probably come back and give it a 5 star review once I have used it extensively and am convinced it will seal completely. One very important positive is this is water based (a paintbrush I used cleaned up perfectly) and still the dried coating repelled water. Very happy I did not smell any VOCs (volatile organic compounds.)

White color thick paint drys tough like better than dry lock in my opinion
Bought 5 gallons of this paint and it really is thick goes on like cake frosting , doesn’t run, but of course don’t put it on like really thick or it doesn’t dry. Just paint it on but lots thicker. fills the gap in the cracks great for my planter bed against cinderblock just like that dry lock, but I think it feels thicker.

Product good. delivery horrible..
The product is amazing for basement walls with a light stucco layer under it. Price I was able to get at the time was better than homedepot was offering. The main issue was shipping/delivery. It was actually packaged in a box that barely fit it which was a really dumb idea since this 5 gallon bucket should be kept upright for obvious reasons. UPS guy dropped it on my front steps upsidedown on its head and it broke the seal and alot of it got all over the inside of the box.. Idk how a return is even possible with this kind of product but now I gotta do a rush job over 5 day freshly applied stucco because of the broken seal I was delivered.

Lighting considerations for unfinished crawl spaces.
I specifically chose white liquid rubber block and wall sealer to treat interior above grade concrete blocks in my unfinished basement for additional moisture control and brighter lighting. I plan to use black liquid rubber foundation sealer on exterior below grade surfaces. I avoided black and blue walls because I didn’t want to install extra lighting.
