This is my fave tinted moisturizer with spf! I used to use Origins and switched to this and I’m never going back. It’s moisturizing and effective. I have beige-ish skin and it comes out dark out of the tube — but don’t be scared! It will blend in nicely as you spread and massage it onto your face. I use this year-round and have it on auto-renew. A little goes a long way, so don’t use too much of the product. The tube lasts quite a while and I use it every day! ✨

I wish I had read a review that was honest about how dark the tint is on this sunscreen, but they all said that it looks dark just out of the tube but dries lighter and can barely be seen. That may be true of people with darker skin. But if you have a very light complexion, the tint will appear unnaturally dark when the sunscreen is worn alone. The first image shows this sunscreen on half of my face and was taken about 5 minutes after applying, so it had time to dry. As you can see, there is a STARK difference between the skin tone on the side with sunscreen versus my natural skin tone on the side without it. The second image shows the sunscreen under makeup. Fortunately, my foundation actually is the color of my skin, so it mostly corrected the tint. As you can see (especially on my forehead), like most mineral sunscreens, this one is a bit shiny. But it is by far less greasy/shiny than most mineral sunscreens! It does a good job of protecting my skin, but I won't buy this product again. Hopefully, they'll come out with an untinted version at some point -- I would absolutely buy that!

Medium/dark typically means that this product would work for black women. Definitely not the “dark chocolate” that is in the product description. Waste of money.

Been using for a little over 2 weeks now. Mild, pleasent smell and dosen't sting my eyes when I put it on or sweat. Even with my oily/acne prone skin it felt light and didn't cause any breakouts. Since it's summer I just use it as my moisturizer and primer. However, still leaves a slight white cast on darker skin tones even with the medium/deep one. Definitely not as badly as others I've tried since it does fade a bit after I rub it in for about 2 minutes and then just let it soak into my skin for another couple minutes. Not super noticable in the before/after pics but I could definitely tell I was a little ashy when looking in my mirror. Darker skin tones can use a skin tone bb cream, foundation, or powder to correct easily.

I love this sunscreen. I’ve w using this one for more than 4 months and I live in a city that is very hot and the UV index high most of the year. This works great and hidrate your skin and makes it even. If you prefer light consistency sunscreens, then is is NOT for you. It’s for dry skin.

I'm fair-skinned with a warm/borderline neutral undertone. I was very skeptical about the tint on this especially when I saw it fresh out of the tube. However, everytime I wear it, especially under makeup, I get so many compliments because it gives me a natural glow. I highly recommend this and will continue to use it for years to come.
