Great product at a good price
This is a great product - we have used it for wall soundproofing, have used the 5mm on the wall side of the battens and then the 3mm between the batten and the acoustic plasterboard - it is working well - good strong adhesive to stick to wood. Delivered in super quick time and best price I have found on the internet for smaller quantities.

Horrible to work with!
The backing doesn't peel off cleanly, taking the adhesive off with it in parts, creating a stringy sticky mess! Most of the foam kepted enough stickiness to be useful, but what a faff.
