Its a very good book to make good understanding of semiconductor devices and basics electronic circuits. Physics of semiconductor devices is very deeply explained.

It's an excellent book for undergraduates studying Semiconductor Devices and their Physics and Technology. A section or two on Silicon Carbide and Gallium Nitride devices and their technology can be added as an upgrade as possibly the fourth edition.
