ArmitronMen's 40/8261 Digital Chronograph Strap Watch

This is a wrist watch, I use it to see what time of day or night it is. That's the function I bought it for. It has very large numbers and I can easily see them when I look at the watch on my wrist. This is what I wanted it for. It does that job really well and it does it whenever I want it to. The illumination button is easy to tap, lights up quite nicely at nice.It's very stylish and sleek looking while providing the large numeral experience I value. Great fashion watch!

Ordered this watch to replace an almost identical one ( different color) I had been using but accidentally destroyed. I had been previously happy with the old watch so when I saw Armitron still made the same model I didn’t hesitate to order it. The new watch itself arrived on time and undamaged in its original packaging. Happy with the purchase.

As a triathlete, this is a great watch for my workout training and event meets. Has a slim, low profile and nessesities such as stopwatch timer, dual time, 100M water resistance and good backlight illumination.However, as other reviewers have mentioned, the reverse image numeral LCD module is difficult to read in direct sunlight.

Sleek look. Basic functions. Somewhat hard to read, default backlit face is low contrast. Backlight feature is bright, but very short lived....starts to fade by 4 seconds and that's quick if you need to cover face from glare to read. Comfortable band and so far water resistance is proficient while wearing in shower and doing dishes.

I got this for my boyfriend, he originally purchased his other one from Walmart… the band broke and he was devastated. Glad I was able to replace it with the same exact one.

Dim,very dim; I shouldn't have to use my other hand or go into the dark to see the time. Just remember Dim, but I do like the style of the watch !
