I recently had knee replacement surgery and due to having a somewhat bowed in knee since childhood and now having a completely straight knee my tendons in my leg are somewhat sore and stiff. My Dr was concerned most about that and said it will take some time for those to stretch into place and may be uncomfortable during that time, "boy was he right", but it's getting a little better each day.I gave the IcyHot spray a try for my ankle and sides of my knee and it really helps relieve that dull achy annoying pain and seems to last for a few hours before having to re apply.I like how the can lets you spray from any direction too so you don't have to hold it upright to get it to come out.This 4 pack will last me a long time and is about the most economical way of purchasing if you foresee needing more than a can or two.

I have neuropathy and it hurts wow I cannot do without this spray I spray my feet and legs all the time they hurt yes they do and then it’s gone I just got another order of icy hot spray it really really works and better than a roll one or getting it on your hands you just spray very very nice and then pain is gone right away try it I can’t live without it and you will too pat

I had back surgery in 2000 & it didn’t work. I have been going to Pain Management since 2001. For your back I heard that it is best to sleep on your side. I will wake up in the middle of the night & the bottom knee is hurting. I spray my knee & it relieves the pain so I can go back to sleep. I turn to the other side & later that knee is hurting. I spray that knee & it relieves the pain so I can sleep. It is great. I have been telling my Friends & relatives about this product for pain in their knees, back, arm, shoulder, etc. My Mother who had arthritis couldn’t get up to go to the table for breakfast until I sprayed her back. It is cold going on but it is great about relieving pain.

I use this for my knee pain & the pains normally we get after the workouts/games.It works like a magic, Before this I used other products like Dragon Balm, Bengey etc.. But none is this effective.I just use this 2 times whenever I have the pain. 1.Before Bed (You need to bare with smell) 2.During day.May be little expensive but its definitely worth.I used to have 1 bottle but I ordered 4 pack because I know I will use them :-)

I buy this for my 88 yr old mom, she swears by it, and starts complaining for me to reorder when she is down to 2 bottles, lol. So, needless to say, if she likes it, it's got to be GREAT. Thanks guys 5 stars

Great Pain Reliever. As I face intense daily pain from back injuries and don't want to take a lot of oral pain relievers I tried Icy Hot and have been extremely pleased with the relief that it has offered!

I used this on my back and on my knees...i had a reaction to the menthol which is peppermint essential oil family. i had some sort of reaction that caused tachycardia and high BP... my mother used it once and got extremely sick and shaky...beware if you have sensitive reactions to peppermint oil.. research it...it happens, google peppermint oil poisoning... i threw all menthol products out, and this one has extreme amount of menthol. I probably used too much too often... but it's dangerous around babies and pets who may inhale. or be nursing.

Omg I can't live with out my icy hot. All I can usually find are the roll on kind. I have fibromyalgia it's hard to get all my spots one handed with the roller. I adore the spray and it's a excellent value. Highly recommend.
