I feel so much better now!
I previously had experience with low B12 and felt lousy, I had to go for B12 shots for 6 months. I experienced it again, due to the same reason, going vegetarian/vegan for health reasons. Easy melt under tongue nice taste
My doctor suggested I get sub lingual B12 as it sets into your system faster. These do the trick. My levels are good
