Helps in healing wounds. Expensive but worth it!
I used it in the last stages of healing partially amputated foot. Finally, this product removed layers of crusted skin. After one week, he had smooth intact skin. The honey wafer pulled off dry wound skin to leave a clean entire wound. Placed back of wafer on gauze and molded to skin. Wrap with a roll of gauze. I changed every 3 to 4 days. Expensive but was worth it.

Works as Advertised
I developed a large blister on the top of my foot at the base of the toes. Very painful. I tried Aquaphor, Vaseline and Bacitracin. The Bacitracin seemed to be working, but slowly. I had a previously scheduled Podiatry appointment. They applied this product and about a week and a half later it feels so much better. I wish they had given my the gel. I would have much rather used that. But I now see that multiple honey-based dressings and gel products exist for future use.

The Best for staph
I used to buy Medi Honey from a medical supply company but I don't drive now. I was excited to find it on Amazon. I have MRSA and there is very little you can do for it except taking Grapefruit Extract and somehow finding Manuka honey. Medi Honey is made from Manuka honey. It is so soothing on the MRSA sores and it actually aides in healing. I have had very good luck using Medi Honey. It's expensive and messy to deal with but it is worth it. Anyone who has had MRSA can tell you how painful and disgusting the sores are. I definitely recommend it to anyone fighting a staph infection.
