Product worked well as intended for my 2 day snowboarding trip to WV. It was 7 degrees with a high of 18 and it kept my phone warm and battery life was exceptionally better.Cons: Was a little small for my phone in any case. I bought the one for the 12 pro max and even without a case it isn’t the easiest to slip in and out of the pack. Also having any headphone jack/cord plugged in leaves the Velcro open and open to elements.Only thing I could hope for is maybe a small port in the future for a cord, and possibly just a little extra room in the pouch. I even bought a “super slim” case and it didn’t help much.Overall well worked as intended and served its purpose for me on the mountain. Also looks pretty cool in the shiny gold(would also be easy to see if it fell out of my pocket)

My phone tends to overheat and die and of course it's worse in the summer. I had an Otterbox Commuter case on which protects it well but contains the heat so I was constantly taking it off to allow my phone to cool down and it got increasingly more annoying. I came across this when looking for a solution. It came on time and was exactly as advertised, big enough for my phone + case and even some cards. Unfortunately the very first one I ordered had a loose thread at the top that really stuck out (to me, it was all I noticed) so I returned it almost immediately for a new one, nbd. The next one I received did its job perfectly, but I noticed EXTREME fading that started about 2 weeks in and it only got worse with time (pictures below). A little over a month later it was a totally different color, so I contacted the company's customer service and was assured that while fading/color change should be expected and does not effect performance at all (which was true), the level of wear I was experiencing was unusual. I usually keep it on hard/flat surfaces and the most friction it sees is taking it in and out of my bag, but even then it's not getting jostled around or abused in any way, so it was weird.The rep I spoke to was super friendly and extremely helpful. They responded right away and after describing my problem, they sent me a brand new case (Apollo Gold), plus an additional updated version (XP3 series in Iridium Silver since they were out of the gold at the time). I've been using the XP3 for a few weeks and it's fantastic. No wear whatsoever at this point. It's made to have a sturdier body without adding bulk, has a pocket inside specifically to hold cards (love this a lot, so useful and I hate those pockets you stick to the back of your phone alternative), there's a strap on one side for multiple carrying options (I've never utilized this), and the courtesy tab is bigger and silicon/rubberized, which is actually the only thing I don't like because they put the logo on there and it's huge whereas it was more subtle/tasteful on the original. I get that it's likely for branding, but it looks kinda tacky to me (but not tacky enough to stop using it). I actually no longer use my Otterbox at all because both the original and the XP3 are more than enough protection. It does exactly what it's supposed to do and it's incredibly convenient if you need quick access to cards/reduce the amount of stuff you're carrying. My phone was literally able to make it 3 days on one charge because of this which I NEVER thought would be possible, and I don't have the best battery life to begin with. If I park in the sun and leave it in the car, I don't have to worry, plus it's shiny so it's easy to locate if you tend to misplace stuff. Both cases have absolutely exceeded my expectations, and their customer service is excellent. Would buy again.

Kept it from overheating on a very hot day out on the lake. When checking on my phone the screen was still steamy, however so not as cool as I wanted

I bought my first one of these when it was on Shark Tank and recently just bought this one for my wife’s phone. These are such simple accessories that make a huge difference. I use it all the time in the summer when I’m outside and it keeps my phone from overheating even if it’s sitting in pretty direct sunlight. I also use it in the winter when walking or snow blowing to keep my phone warm and help prolong my battery life. Size has fit my phones great and it’s very light. I’ve already put this in my pocket and not been bothered by the bulk. This is such a great product!

I bought this after reading the reviews thinking this would keep my phone from shutting down in the heat as I'm often outside in the summer. I used it for the first time today and my phone, after about an hour, still shut down, still super-hot, and although it took a little longer than without it, for the price? not worth the money so I'm not keeping it. Also, it was a VERY tight fit for my phone so getting it in and out was a real struggle. For the $35? not keeping. for $10? I may have kept it but too much money for something that doesn't work like I believed it would. (oh well) live and learn.

This was just delivered yesterday, so I haven't had a long time with it, but it seems well-made. I walked outside at a temperature of 17 degrees today and when I took my phone out of the Phoozy when I got home, my phone was room temperature. Be sure to use the measuring guide because it's accurate and will allow you to get the perfect fit. My Pixel 6 with a case on it fit into the large size.

bought this so I could have my phone around the pool & in the garden with me. it does well in Oklahoma high summer heat. also took it on vacation to Las Vegas & it did great on a day trip to horseshoe bend & antelope canyon. SUPER hot those days but this kept the phone cooled down when i wasn't taking pictures with it. well worth the money to have a functional phone when I needed it!

I bought this product during the pandemic, when I was doing a lot of cold-weather hiking. However, it didn’t appear to be effective in preventing my phone battery from dying in sub-freezing temperatures. As soon as I removed the phone after a long hike and started using it, the battery would exhaust itself.I just use it to hold my battery backup now and prevent it from getting all fingerprinted up.The gold color is stylish, but will eventually start to wear down to reveal the bare material underneath.Overall, I’m glad I bought it, despite it not working as advertised. It would probably be more effective in the cold if I exposed it to direct sunlight, but it’s difficult to do that while it’s in one’s pocket or backpack.
