Pearls Simply Olives Green Ripe Pitted Olives, Pack of 12, 6 oz Cans

These green olives met and surpassed our expectations. Not full of vinegar, fine texture, not salty, just perfect. I will purchase again !

These olives have become very hard to find. I used to be able to buy them in bulk at my local warehouse membership store, but they stop carrying them for some reason. Once in a while I could find a few cans at Target, but I rarely shop at Target for groceries anymore, especially with COVID-19 going on, I've been staying home for the most part and just doing grocery shopping once every 2 weeks or so. I have been unable to find them in the grocery stores I frequent, so I was happy to find them here on Amazon and as a subscribe and save option as well. These have been good for the most part, but every once in a while, I'll find a rotten olive in the bunch. I go through the batch of cans way too fast, but try to stretch them out to only order them once every 2 months. If they were just a bit less, I'd order them once a month. Both my son and I love the smooth, buttery, taste and firm texture of the olives - they have replaced chips for as a healthy alternative snack. :)

These olives are a family favorite, and so much so, we order them by the case. The flavor is so smooth and rich.

Equivalent to Libbys Natural, which I started getting when Graber olives became unavailable. These aren't quite as rich, but still better than the typical green olive.

I love these olives, they taste so good....love also when the go on sell...lol

PRICE CAN BE QUITE LOWER THAT SUPERMARKETS. I BUY THEM BY THE CASE.

I am an olive lover and pretty much can't hate on any variety. These (although not this brand) were always my favorite when I could find them. A few decades ago they disappeared (were banned actually) in this country and I mourned them. Had something to do with this variety and having a natural (and AFAIK harmless) fungus on them that gives them freckles. Our government banned them for awhile.When I saw them return under this new brand I was so happy (TBH not sure if they still have freckles? will check next purchase) They are one of the few things that taste as good as when I was a kid. Hard to find in tiny town tiny grocery and I don't often (OK never now) go to civilization and the big stores. Decided to go to good ol Amazon and sure enough they had them. Had to buy a case :( That was my only issue. Not that I had any problem finishing it but getting it into the apartment was less than easy. I see WF section has another brand available singly in my orders and will try that. TBH, I never even look at the price. I love them that much.
