We had some of these for many years, over time the suction bit fails through wear and tear. However it's years before that happens. My wife has mobility problems and they are a godsend, really useful, although they require flat surface to adhere properly. If you have a tiled surface make sure that it's fully on that flat of the tile and not the grouted area

Bought these for my partner's parents bathroom. They had a new bathroom fitted and wanted me to install a drilled handle as the fitter didn't want to risk cracking the tile.I felt that if the professional bathroom fitter was worried he would crack the tile, it was pretty certain I would.Anyway, I ordered these despite the sceptism of my partner's mum, they'd tried similar before without success however these did the task well and the suction was excellent.They are well made and the individual fastening for each end means they have held well at their house.I ordered 2 but only used 1 and I did try to fit the other at my bathroom but for some reason it hasn't held well there - maybe my tiles aren't smooth enough.It looks good and is shaped to fit the hand well so is comfortable.The one I have fitted doesn't move around when the suction is properly engaged.

All these products are intended to firmly fix to bathroom walls to assist disabled users to get around the bathroom safely.The items purchased did not stick to the my tiles at all.My tiles had just been fitted and have a slightly textured finish as opposed to a glass-like finish.The products are clearly not designed to work on my textured tilesThis was not explained in the specification given.I am therefore returning them for a refund.

Have had one of these handles for three years very satisfied. Excellent suction if fitted properly, looks good and I am confident to use it. Much better than drilling shower tiles or waterproof cladding.

Very secure / have relocated it a few times and each time it remains very sturdy can take body weight impressive especially for the price

Very good although it does need to be applied every few days as it does loosen
