RCR 26327020006 Oasis Crystal Champagne Flutes Glasses, 7.05 x 7.05 x 23.8 cm

When my champagne flutes arrived, I was sad to find 2 had broken during delivery. I let beldray know and within 48 hours received a reply to apologise and told me they had shipped 2 new replacement glasses. The glasses arrived today in perfect order. Great service from beldray. Though having read other customers reviews it seems a few of us have had the same issue. Perhaps beldray could find some better packaging to help avoid this in the future.The glasses themselves are very nice. They feel very sturdy and heavy. They aren’t fine cut glass, but have a lovely appearance and are great for the price.

I ordered these glasses but they didn’t turn up although they were marked as delivered. I thought it would be a drawn out affair with them denying they weren’t delivered but they apologised and the glasses were delivered within 2 days. Unfortunately 2 were broken. I contacted the seller with photos .Today I received a whole new box of 6 with none broken! Excellent service and beautiful crystal glasses.

Lovely glasses. I have the full set now, but sadly my flutes arrived and one was broken and I cannot find information on how to request a replacement. It looks as though this may be a common issue but no one seems to get a response to replacement requests or even details of who to report. Shame as they are lovely and very sturdy

These glasses are just lovely. The cut glass style is really cool, but they have the added advantage of not being too heavy to hold. They've also done well in the dishwasher too.They arrived well packaged and I was really pleased with them for the price - I wasn't expecting something as nice for under £20.

Don’t be put off by the cheap price. Really nice champagne flutes. Take sticker off , give a wash, wipe off a sticker mark (easy) - jobs a good un.Italian crystal. Not a single one of 12 glasses broken during delivery.Honestly, I shop JL usually, these are heavy nice weight glasses, not cheap fragile ones that break in an instant.

Very pleased with the glasses, the glass wall is thin as it should be with the rest of the glass, stem and base being substantial enough for every day use.I would buy these again.Dave Campbell

Perfect replacement for similar Crystal glasses that were accidentally broken,a far better cost effective alternative. Very pleased with these for the price and they look the part.Cheers everyone.,hic hic

I have bought many plain glasses which are sometimes so thin that they break very easily. To ensure the patten on the glass it is thicker than normal. Apart from looking very smart, being good value for money, none of these glasses have broken & I’ve dropped them a few times
