Turkish Icecream
I am using this sahlep to make Turkish icecream in my icecream machine. Turns out perfect. I know sahlep is expensive but at least I can find it. It is an expensive spice anyway but you use small amount in the ice cream thats why it goes long time

i used this to make Turkish ice cream. yes this is real sahlep! my husband is turk and confirmed that the ice cream i made was authentic. it was stretchy and yummy.i haven't made the sahlep drink yet.

This is not sahlep taste relly bad
This is not sahlep had a disgusting taste and revolting smell to it. I'd advise anyone to look passed this product.
