OSRAM SYLVANIA FHE / ESB 64250 HLX 20w 6v G4 Bipin Halogen light Bulb

I never imagined it would be difficult to order a replacement bulb for my video light... but when my only bulb blew I discovered that there were no markings on it. The best guess I made turned out to be the wrong size bulb. I wrote to them about an exchange. As of this writing, we still haven't figured out which bulb I need for a replacement (totally due to my time constraints not theirs), but the COMPANY and their CUSTOMER SERVICE has been stellar. Amanda has been very helpful and exceedingly patient with me. I so appreciate her helping me to solve the mystery of the bulb! I'm sure we'll figure it out soon. Not as bright as the original; so I put the old one back in.

Works perfect in our microscope. Still going even after a month of using it. Thank you so much will be ordering again when we need it.

These bulbs are good quality, but are prone to burn-out prematurely in some cases. So be sure to purchase more than one,
