Laptop stand
I really liked the way the hardware was packaged in an organized way. Assembly was a little more difficult than I expected. The materials are good quality and the stand is sturdy although very tippy if not over its center. I use it for a computer keyboard occasionally and a mouse. I do have a little problem securing the mouse section as over time it seems to drop down with use. All in all I still will give this 5 stars.

for the price!
so this thing, im typing on my laptop on it right now, its not bad. its a bit wobbly, it doesnt 'love' to stay in position, but if your a little gentle with it, it'll work. Ive had it for a few months and theres only one glaring design flaw that lets the top pitches a bit too freely but its pritty easy to work around. im usually pinched for cash so it def works for me. if i had more $$ id probably buy a nicer one, but who knows. honestly, for the price, it really works well. live long and prosper~1 year later and it is still in use. My hp spectre 15 lives on it with a laptop cooler. It always finds a way to lower itself but holds up good while in use. I never crank the vertical fasteners to tightly I don't want to mess it up. But yes I would buy this again. It's great for the price. If I had more disposable cash I'd get a premium one but I like this one just fine.

Not worth the price
This is the same write up for 3 similar products. This one especially doesn't clamp tight enough to remain in the position wanted. I purchased 3 different types of wheeled tables like this one. All turned out to be difficult to assemble, had less than adequate wheels for the size of the table and moving between hard floor and carpet and never could go under my couches which was my mistake in measuring wrong. But they take up too much room and for a person post-surgery afforded poor every day use abilities. I was most taken back by the poor quality and lack of craftsmanship but then everyone thinks we still get what we pay for ... need to rethink what we're accepting these days. This and the 2 other similar products are a reflection of this. But where to find better, similar products is sometime elusive.

Looks good, but functions poorly
In a sea of apparently equal choices for black, adjustable computer desks that will also work as an over-bed table, this one offered a wood table top, compared to the plastic of others, and the base dimensions and design that would work best for my needs. Unfortunately, to tilt the table top requires adjusting four knobs that are meant to keep the top secure and despite the knob over-kill, the top, even in the flat position, does not stay stable. The knobs' screws press into the metal pipe that holds the table top in place but there is nothing to keep the adjustments stable. To get the knobs tight enough to keep the table top from moving requires more than hand tightening and even then, the knobs loosen over time. The same lack of stability applies to adjusting the desk's height: while there is only one knob to adjust, the height doesn't secure without extreme tightening which in turn makes it challenging to adjust the height again after. It also causes the metal pipe support to become dented from the pressure. Finally, the locks on the wheels are possessed: they randomly lock themselves, no matter how often you unlock them. I have given up rolling it around as much as I need to do... I pick it up and hope the top doesn't tilt and slide everything off.Sigh. I would not recommend this desk and would ask questions about adjustability and how the movements are secured (or see pics of the table top's underbelly design) before buying another.

Decent
This lap desk is decent. It's relatively quick and easy enough to assemble. It really isn't the sturdiest of things though. It tends to want to sag off to the side if you use it at a tilt, which was one of the reasons I purchased it. So, you have to fiddle around with the adjustments frequently while you are using it to prevent that sagging. It's ok if you are sitting right there using it, but I would never leave a laptop or anything else sitting on it unsupervised for any length of time for fear that it will slide right off. If the desk is sitting perfectly flat, it will hold that position with no problems whatsoever. I very much like that it is adjustable. The wheels work quite well. It folds and stores easily( another reason I bought it).
