Good Prop - Seems Sturdy Enough
The serrated edge of the blade is sharp, at first I was a little worried about that at because I got it for my son Dillon just to use as a hammer & sickle prop in his youtube video, we haven't actually tried harvesting any long grass, but it seems like it would be sturdy enough to cut tall grass or maybe wheat if someone was buying it for that purpose, although if we were looking for a garden tool like that we probably have just gone to Home Depot

Sharp
Be careful getting the foam wrapping off. Very sharp. So yup they cut small weeds and up to 1/2" no problem.

DON'T BUY, IT IS GARBAGE
It bent the first time I used it and I only used it on some vines. It is cheap and light weight and not worth the purchase. Steer clear of these mini tools that serve no purpose when you need the work done. Not worth the money or the energy.

Excellent works great. Don't know how long the edge will last but it seems to be heat tempered.
Excellent works great. Don't know how long the edge will last but it seems to be heat tempered. It has nice serrated 'saw like' teach and that helps.Hawk and Buck Farms - Hope that helps.

Very impressed
I purchased this for my sweetie to help her harvest lavender fronds from the plants she's been growing.(Woo hoo! So glad I did! She loves it!)It works as advertised - well, it's great for harvesting bunched lavender fronds at least!Sharp, serrated, lightweight. It'd probably handle of lot of different items around the yard. For the price, it's a good value.

Nice hand crafted item
Although the wooden handle on this sithe is made very well, it would have been better just to have a solid metal handle if the handle and blade where one piece that would be better. Also, the blade could have benefited better if it had no ridging, And it was just a straight blade, Maybe a little thicker so that you could sharpen it if it ever went dull. That would add to a easier cut and a longer lasting product.

It's cool but not what I thought
I bought this to hack tall grasses. It hacked them, but not really take them down. My neighbor saw me struggling and gave me is hedge trimmers. So you live and learn. I think it is really cool looking and will likely turn it into some kind of design feature in my home.

Midwestern Goth reenactment
We had some tall grass. I thought people would be more likely to cut it if they had something from a corn field horror movie to cut it with. Sadly, it was not that sharp. The tall grass went down with a weedeater. I guess at least it looks cool…
