Customer service is AMAZING!!I bought it in December 2023. Fast forward to January 2025- it died. Was working great until I turned it on and it just was DEAD. Obviously, after a year I knew Amazon wasn’t going to do anything. Reached out to Vornado Customer Support spoke with Oscar. He had me cut the cord, take a picture of the cord and serial number, email it to him and they are sending me a replacement!! Also- side note: I never filled out a warranty or a claim… just called and explained what happen. Customer service is 10 out of 10 highly recommend!!

I have both Tempa and Sensa, both work great, but I prefer the Sensa for its auto temperature adjustment. My kid's bedroom drops to a little under 60°F during winter nights and the Sensa has helped in mantaining the temperature to the minimum I set in the machine. Both are quiet, safe and a conviniente size. I feel the quality is the best out there because we use them the entire year (heat during winter and spring, fan during summer and fall). I had the Tempa for 4 years now, and the Sensa for 2 years, the only issue I've encountered is that is difficult to clean the coils and fan, because it will get dust, dog hair and the occational paper my kid will stuck inside it... other than that 5 stars.

I bought this heater a few months ago based on the reviews here on Amazon and I planned on using it in my sons room. I didn’t open the box until recently because the weather was getting cold. After using off and on for a couple of weeks, my electrical breakers kept tripping in the bedroom.With further investigation, I see the cord and plug area is ALL BURNED UP on this Vornadobaby heater!!!!!! What in the ENTIRE world is this???!!!!???!!!So, a few points. My electric is up to code. There is nothing else plugged in the outlet where this heater was located. I use for a few hours and then turn it off. There is no continuous use of the heater. Like anything else, I should be able to plug it in the wall and it work as expected. It did….. to a point….then it would turn off. And then the burned wires mess…. But I digress.Did I get a defective model? Maybe? But I soon realized the reason it kept cutting off was because the Electrical breaker in my house kept getting tripped. And dear God, if my electric wasn’t up to code and the electrical breaker didn’t work, who knows what kind of fire hazard this heater could have done to my sons room!!!!!!!!!!!!Having said all of this - BE VERY VERY CAREFUL… I wish I could give it 0 stars! I am extremely disappointed in my purchase. I am extremely disappointed that the heater marketed for infants/kids rooms could have started a fire in my house. This thing is a menace!I am Never NEVER buying from these jokers again and telling anyone who is considering just to pass and try another brand. If I could get my money back, I would. Believe me, I tried but I’m beyond the return period.Pissed OFF in NJ. 😡

We have had this since 2021. The sensor was not really necessary so only thing I wish we would have changed. My son’s room is always about 4’degrees different from the house due to our garage underneath. This is just perfect for his room. Fan for summer and a little heat in the winter. It has been incredible safe with shut off. Recently it all of a sudden just malfunctioned out of no where and wouldn’t turn on. I called and it was the best customer service/support I have had in YEARS. Answered within minutes, so kind and willing to help and replaced it since it was warranty with just some pictures. If we need any other fan or sensa I will be picking this company
