Q: How easy is it to return the chair

No idea, I love it! so wouldn’t even consider sending it back.

Q: Is this soft enough as a nursing chair for feeding baby?

I used this chair during the night feeds but I used bottles so it would be different from breastfed. I would say probably absolutely fine when tiny but not so sure as baby grows. I had a pillow that went under my holding arm as the arms are not soft enough for long periods. It did us fine and looked lovely in the nursery but definitely not super cosy.

Q: What's the weight of the package please?

I can't remember. It's very large though, the seat is fully assembled and you just screw on the legs and rockers. Don't think it was overly heavy, just bulky.

Widest part is arm to arm , it’s 57cms , it’s nice but smaller than I’d thought
