Exact fit for a 2010 Ford Escape Front Grille.
This item was a perfect fit. I searched and searched for the correct fit. It does not come with new nuts, so use the old ones. To install just remove the top grille bolts, then you can get your hand behind the emblem. Then remove the emblem nuts with I think a 10mm socket. The emblem has plastic retaining bolts that are not threaded until you tighten down the nut fasteners on them, then it makes its own threads into the plastic bolt. That was a little confusing for me at first. Be careful as everything is very delicate. Maybe 20 minutes to complete. Don't tighten the nuts super tight as they could snap the plastic bolt off. This is an OEM part that is shipped from a Ford Dealership.

It was the right size and fit the front grill of my 2009 Ford Escape great. It did seem a little cheap or lightweight, but it was fine once fastened. With what seemed like a loose fit, I used some clear silicone to attach, fearing it could fall off.

Ford explorer name plate
Very happy with ford name plate. Fit perfect on new 2008 ford grill I bought at same time. Used 1/4 20 nuts with washers to secure to grill or you can use original old plates nuts. Only took about 15 minutes to install everything. Looks nice. No more old dingy grill and name plate.

No real attachment-only adhesive.
This item is adhesive only. We will see if that lasts. How about some simple screws?
