GREAT GERMINATION RATE!
I saw several reviews both pro and con on these seeds. It seemed for every review from satisfied customers there was one saying the seeds were no good. I started mine in a cheap Jiffy "greenhouse" using 36mm peat pellets. Almost every seed germinated and each of these babies will be put in it's own little peat pot with some premium potting soil soon. Getting them ready for fall planting so they can get established and be ready to grow and bloom next year. Very satisfied customer here and plan on getting other varieties to start.

Bad germination
Seeds did not germinate . I had one seed germinated and it died shortly after it sprouted . Many friends have had the same thing !

Was able to grow. Seeds weren't duds.
Had a 25% germination rate under the following conditions:- 24 hr UV light - just the bulb from GE and clamp light, nothing fancy or expensive (~$30)- growth medium: 70% soil, 30% peat moss- growth additives: mycorrhizal powder- depth planted: ~1/4 inch or less- watering: daily to visibly moisten soil, not saturate itGood luck!

Seeds ordered in March
Have no idea if these will be a good order yet. They're pretty, but I can't plant them for another two months.

Hope they germinate
Need to wait for a while will start indoors in late Feb, but will update if any issues. Otherwise, appreciate the detailed instructions on the package. Thanks.

Poor germination rate - only 4 sprouted
Poor germination rate, out of 20 seeds I got 4 plants and one clover. That's only a 20% germination rate and $2.24 per seed! On arrival the seed did look a bit strange, like they were cut in half. I'm gonna dig up the ones that didn't sprout and will post more pictures later. Remains to be seen if they are actually green twisters or just purple coneflowers. I DO NOT recommend buying these! Even with the $1.5 packs of other seeds I get in discount stores I get at least 80% germination rate!

Probably worth just buying the plant…
Purchased these last year and really babied them. Started them early (around Feb) with the hope the would flower their first year but that didn’t happen. Ended up with about 7 plants that I added to my perennial garden. They steadily grew but never really took off. Hoping they will bloom this season, but after all that work, wondering if I just should have purchased a few plants…Time will tell 😂
