Better mileage.
I received this deflector in the time promised and was very well protected by excellent packaging. The installation kit contained several different brackets. One set is all I needed. First time to install including installing the brackets and tie-downs straps took about 30 minutes because I installed it backwards and I had to take it off and reverse it. On my first 450 mile trip I was unimpressed with my mileage. I was not going to use it on my way back because I wanted to see the mileage with it in the closed position. For some reason I decided to use it but this time I used a much less steep angle. It appeared to be an angle that would allow the air stream to hit mid height on the front of my 5th wheel, not allowing the air stream to drop down under the nose of the 5th wheel. Voila, the mileage I got on average on the initial trip was about 10.5 miles per gallon. With the angle adjusted less steep, I got 13.8 miles per gallon, towing a 14,000 pound 39 foot 5th wheel. That is by far the best mileage I have ever gotten. But to be honest this is the first time I towed this trailer with the new truck. My last Duramax truck averaged 8 miles per gallon with a smaller 5th wheel. My tow vehicle is a 2014 Chevy Silverado with a Duramax 6.6 diesel. I am going to try a slightly steeper angle than the last one I used on the next trip. I'll update this review later when I return.

Missing parts, refused to replace
Arrived in original packaging with no installation parts, just the deflector by itself. Completely useless. The only option for product support is the manufacturer's phone number, and they refuse to replace the missing parts because the order didn't come directly from them. Total waste of time. Do not buy.

A HUGE Improvement!
I own a flat–front, fully enclosed motorcycle trailer that creates a tremendous amount of drag when towed down the highway. I purchased the icon wind deflector to help reduce the strain on my 2011 RAV4 on this year’s road trip from Michigan to Colorado and I can’t believe what a difference it makes! My fuel efficiency has increased by 3.1 miles per gallon, wind noise has decreased dramatically, and my cruising rpm has dropped by nearly 1000. I should have bought this wind deflector two years ago!

Plastic???
When mounting product, all went ok until going to cinch down nylon straps. 3 of 4 “plastic cinch down “ gasps broke. Had to replace with metal ones. This item has to withstand 75-80 mile and hour travel speed with cross winds, head winds hitting and don’t believe plastic gasps can do this

Used on a Ford Flex
I adapted to a roof rack. Took a little fiddling around but not to bad. I did not however run any miles per gallon tests. My camper is about 8 ' tall and the wind deflector kept the camper running steady with no wind noise or movement.Ed McII

It’s overpriced plastic
Why is a huge hunk of plastic over $700 give me a break?! May work good but for plastic to be this expensive is crazy. What a ripoff you can keep it.

One issue, but mostly as advertized.
It has given us a couple more miles to the gallon and helps with the wind sheer from passing semi trucks and cars. The only issue is where it attaches to the Jeep on the window wells it leaks when driving in the rain into the vehicle. Some towels on the seat may help.
