This stuff is exactly what is says. It's going to help you move your bowels. I had to drink it cautiously. There were times I would enjoy it at night (all the flavors are good, in my opinion) and go to sleep. By the time I got to work, oh boy...gotta get to that bathroom in a hurry and not just once. Luckily, I'm not micro-managed, so going to the bathroom 3 times in an hour can go unnoticed. Probably a little too much info, but....I'm sure some of you will find it helpful.

Works well

I started it this morning. It doesn’t taste great, but it’s tolerable. Maybe adding a Splenda might help. I have high hopes for this.

Got order yesterday. I tried the first night time tea. It tasted real bad. I could only drink 1/5 of glass. The taste stayed with me all night. It gave me the worst indigestion.If you like some tea that is awlfull tasting, this is for you.Would love to get money back after only trying one tea bag but it says no returns.
