A Darned Good Die
I gave this product only 4 out of 5 stars (which would on a finer scale be a 4.5, in all honesty) simply because the cutting action itself is not the sharpest -- but that's what you get with die-cast goods so it's not really a fault so much as a fact with which one must deal. The stamp itself -- and the other two I have, both the 3-inch and 2-inch squares -- is very well built. Sturdy, comfortable handle, tough metal die and armature, and no wiggle when you use it -- so you know it's not in any danger of falling apart.I use this constantly. If you love homemade pasta this is an essential. I love it when I'm really in full-on "Dough Mode" and I'm doing everything from scratch, but if I can share a life-altering tip with home cooks with less time than we'd all like to have to prep in the kitchen:Keep this stamp, and a dirt-cheap package of round wonton wrappers (available at all Asian markets and next to the tofu in the produce section of most major supermarkets) on hand. Whether you mix some ricotta and egg and parmesan together for a ravioli or some sauteed spinach and sausage and cream for an agnelotti, or potato and kraut for a pierogi, or some minced pork or shrimp and spices for a pan-fry dumpling, you are never more than a half-hour away from a main course or side that will blow your family's minds as well as your own.

Great Ravioli Stamp
Looked at a couple of these and after reading through review after review (noting the ones that seemed to have the necessary experience to make the right call) decided to go with this stamp. Many of the others are claimed to not be sharp enough and thus do not seal/cut the ravioli properly. Keep in mind there is also a proper way to make the dough that influences this, so find a good recipe (pinterest comes to mind if you need one). This size is perfect (I don't care for massive ravioli - it's all about the ratios), it works perfectly and my wife loves it, she just doesn't love the time it takes to make good home made ravioli ;0), haha. Speaking of which, there's a nice and positively reviewed multi-stamper that bangs out a bunch of ravioli at once on amazon if that is what you want/are looking for.Apply some mineral oil to the handle every now and then and it will preserve the wood and keep it from cracking on you.Buy it, thank me later.

A Super Pierogi Cutter.
I've been searching for a good and strong Pierogi cutter and I belong to a Polish cooking site and the woman was using this cutter to make her circles and she also gave your site to which one can purchase it and so I did. A matter of fact, I purchased 3 of them and I love it. I even shown it to our Pierogi Circle and they too just love it. As I stated, I use them for cutting out the circles for Pierogi. Thank you for a "GREAT" product. I may be ordering more. Thank you so very much. We love it!

Thought it was a little thin, but definitely strong enough
Not as hefty as I had pictured when I purchased, but works great, and not at all flimsy. Made a few dozen ravioli with it, and was very happy with it exactly as-is. I'm sure it will give years of use. The circular shape is great and makes your ravioli stand out from the pack. People will notice that these are not just store bought ravioli. I definitely recommend.

Best tool for the job
I love the diameter, comfort of the grip and the crimp it created in the dough. It really reduced the amount of hand pinching required to seal the pierogis👌

Good size, well-made
I used this for cutting out my pierogi dough. Worked well, and the little ruffled edges were cute before I pinched them closed. I will get a lot of use from this.
