Used these butter warmers tonight for the first time for our crab dinner. After lighting the candles, I was surprised to see how fast the butter melted. Love the glass holder (for the candle) to block the wind. After about 15-20 minutes the butter started to bubble so we just blew out the candles. Butter stayed warm for quite some time and when it cooled down, we lite the candles again. I would definitely recommend these as the candlelight added a nice touch to dinner. They are really study, nothing cheap about this product and so reasonably priced. I will be ordering more as gifts for my family.

Add to that romantic lobster or crab dinner at home...

This product does the job perfect. Almost didn't purchase because reviews said it over cooked the butter. I would submit to all butter burners, trim the wick. This lowers the flame and butter wont burn. Thank me later. Product works great.

Exactly as expected

Loved them. The glass bottom holding the tea light is awesome and help keep the butter nice and hot.

Makes a nice addition to a lobster themed gift basket. Sturdy and not easily tipped over.

What you see in the photo and what I got are slightly different. The first thing I noted was that the candle in my warmer was ismall and sits in a metal container. The bowl itself is ok but it appears larger in the picture. I was a little disappointed in the bowl depth. For seafood or sauce dipping, for an average dinner I am sure I will be refilling these containers a second or third time. They just seem a bit small. The chrome holder is well made and sturdy enough with the round base to not be tipped over with just a small nudge. Overall, these are ok but I would probably not purchase them again.
