Excellent strength. Very convenient.
My dad was bedridden and we needed to do multiple hospital visits. The building has no lift (elevator).We took him to the hospital a couple of times by chair from 2nd floor down and it took like 25 to 30 mins because of frequent stopping to shift/move chair positions to get him down the stairs.Ordered this and it helped tremendously. We placed him on this and could take him down the stairs from 2nd foor in 1 go - 4-6 minutes.The build quality is excellent. The multiple straps at the end are very convenient to switch holding positions easily without having to place down the mat.The 2 straps/belts in the center didn't help my dad much since he was very thin, however it will help for someone with medium+ built I believe.If you need this for something similar as in my case, please go for it. Definitely something worth to make that task just a bit easier.

Strap to hold the patient came off in first use
Although quality is amazing but the straps holding the patient were sewn by single thread and it came off in the first use.The straps for lifting the patient are properly sewn and strong same should have been for the ones holding patient

Its an extremely poor quality product
Its an extremely poor quality product . The patient was placed on the stretcher and the very second we tried to lift the patient, one of the handles gave way and broke. luckily patient was still on the bed. However, Amazon was great with their customer service and fully refunded the money .
