QSCK8 Soft Padded Tote for K8/K8.2 Speakers

Based on the way it was described and visually presented, it was exactly what I thought would be. The bag is a nice SNUG fit. It has very nice dual zippers (left and right side), and a medium amount of foam on the bottom for protection of the speaker face. I would have wished for a little bit more foam on the bottom! My final statement is, I like the bag and it works well.

I own the QSC k8 tote bag and QSC K8 Outdoor Cover, but end up almost only using the outdoor cover. The tote bag probably wasn't worth the cost to me since 9 out of 10 times I'm transporting with the outdoor cover. The stitching, pockets, thickness, and quality are perfect on both products.The benefits of the tote versus outdoor cover:-Slightly easier to carry in the tote, but not a factor carrying < 500 feet-The bottom of the speaker is protected during transport-Looks a bit more professionalBenefit of outdoor cover instead of tote:-Always ready to keep tunes flowing if light rain is in the forecast-Slightly smaller which may matter if packing k8's/sub/gear in a car trunk-Cheaper

I have used QSC speakers and totes for years. They are very tough. Easy to get speakers in and out. There is a handy exterior pocket that holds the power cord and is large enough to hold a mic and 25’ mic cable in addition to the power cord.

QSC needs to update this bag design for the new K8.2, right now it is too tight. The K8.2 speaker barely fits in this bag and you have to work to zip it up, the zipper pulls bend out of shape when you have to pull so hard to zip it around the corner of the speaker which worries me because with that much tension the bag or zipper are sure to fail faster than if the bag was designed correctly. I would not recommend until QSC designs one that has a more generous fit.

As a professional Disc Jockey and MC with over 30 years of experience, I have learned that my most valuable investment in my business is my euqipment and how I mantain and protect it. Recently I updated my sound systems to include several sets of QSC K12's and QSC K8;s. I normally do the majority of my work or gigs inside but on occasion my gigs take me outside into the elements of mother nature. That being said, I took the extra step and purchased the outdoor covers for my speakers. I can tell yoyu hands down one of the other best pruchases I have made. These covers are outstanding. The are extremely convienent to use, are very versitile and give my speakers a clean and professional look while on stands at an outdoor gig. The front mesh panel keeps you speakers covered without interruping sound and you can keep the panel close until you are ready to use them. At a recent outdoor gig it began to rain. i can't put into words how pleased I was with the protection these covers gave with regards to the heavy nylon weather protection material used for these covers. Just outstanding. So if you want to protect your nvestment (equipment) I highly recommend these covers.. This is the best way to protect a sizable invsetment.dp.

QSC normally makes very good products but this case was so tight I couldn't make my speaker fit. I know it's supposed to be snug, but it was like trying to fit a size 16 woman into a size 4 dress. I couldn't even zip it half way. So I gave up. And - usually buying using Amazon Prime has free returns, but not this item. I guess it was my mistake, but now I'm out almost $12 for return shipping. Never again....

High quality product which give the K8 speakers the protection they deserve and provide a comfortable way to carry the speakers. Made of rugged materials which should serve for many years of use.

Great fit and seems very durable. I use them for the only thing worse than inclement weather... beer and sloppy college kids. I put these covers on when using my K8's as floor monitors or side fills in nightclubs/bars. They are the condom of speaker covers.
