Good Cinnamon! Strong and Spicy!
This is really good cinnamon. Some from the store is just tasteless dust, and I keep adding more and more to a recipe to make it taste right. This Saigon cinnamon lets me add what the recipe calls for, and it's got a perfect cinnamon taste. Yummy and delicious, and makes a great coffee cake.

Healthy
I purchase this to add to my coffee for the benefits of regulating blood sugar. I read that Saigon Cinnamon is more beneficial. I don't know if this is actually true but I like the taste and I receive a lot of Cinnamon for the price.

Good cinnamon
This is really good cinnamon but not great cinnamon. I have purchased Saigon/Vietnamese cinnamon before and this one lacks a Robustness that I love. However, you get a tremendous value for your money.
