This is my favorite eyeliner, hands down! I love the tip. It works like a paintbrush but it's foam, so you don't have little strands of the brush making erroneous marks. I used to use the hyper easy eyeliner, and the little hairs on the brush would get caught on the tube when I put the wand back in. Then when I'd use it, it would have some hairs sticking out to the side and get extra marks on my eyelids. This tip avoids that problem but is flexible. It is just as dark as the other brush tip eyeliners, which is much darker than the pencil ones. It's also pointed at the end and makes a precision line. I like to do the cat eye look and it's perfect for that. I also like that it lasts a really long time. I've had the same one for at least 6 months and it's just now needing to be replaced.Just a heads up, though--the listing says waterproof, but it doesn't say that anywhere on the package or tube, and it sure doesn't seem waterproof. If my eyes start watering, the corners come off and smudge against my eyelids. The rest of it will be fine, but the corners always smear when wet. This seems to be more true for tears than water, though. Humidity doesn't do much, just my eyes watering or sweating. For me, the ease of application and length of use makes it worth that little annoyance. And anyway, waterproof makeup has forever plastics (pfas) in it, so I'm happy if this doesn't.

I was pleasantly surprised with this item. I couldn’t wait to try it given the reviews regarding how well it stayed on. I generally have watery eyes and have been looking for a product that stays on. A lot of product says they are waterproof or have an all day last, but never seems to live up. I got this product yesterday, tried it on, waited til it dried and tried to smudge it off. It didn’t budge! that’s how I know a product is good. Anyway, it lasted all day, despite of my water eyes, sweating through a workout. It comes off with make up remover otherwise, it’s long lasting. The felt tip was great, smooth, lots of ink, great dark color. The tip was fine enough to get the inner corners.

Didn't like at 1st, because it transfers to lid especially with hooded eyes. But I found ways around that. Smooth crisp lines, not waterproof, or transfer proof. Nice color.

Been using this for a couple of years and I was surprised at the ease of using it. As it glides so smoothly and lasts for quite a long while. It’s not harsh looking as it’s so easy to draw a line on with the thin soft tip. Glad I gave it a try as I won’t use any other ones since I am hooked on this one. I use the brown color and it looks really good with my blond highlights in my hair. So glad I can find it on here as my local store is usually out of it. You won’t be disappointed as it stays on throughout the day and evening. You will love it!

Cobalt Blue color goes on smooth, beautifully pigmented, & no need to double-draw for the color to look rich. I found this Felt Tip Pen in Cobalt Blue exceptional for drawing perfect cat eyes, etc. I see some prior Buyers unsatisfied with Formula but they must have revamped formula. This pen goes on like any $50 Felt Tip that i have in any luxury brands i own in Black, & goes on almost like a writing pen. It doesn’t have sparkle & the color is {Not} a bright brilliant Cobalt Blue, it is very opaque. It has no aqua undertone & has no purple undertone & it is {not} a Royal Blue. I cannot speak to the longevity but by the way it goes on & the way it stayed on my skin when i rubbed it off, as long as you are not teary-eyed this pen doesn’t look like it’s moving until you take it off.

I was trying to find my holy-grail liquid eyeliner, so I ended up buying this Maybelline Master Precision liner because of all the raving reviews. I don't know if I just got a dud, but this eyeliner just didn't work for me and I ended up giving it away to a coworker.So the positives of this eyeliner are that it is a good price, from a well-known trusted drug store brand, the black pigment is VERY dark and looks nice, dries matte, dries quickly, the felt tip applicator is great for accurately drawing on thin or thick lines (I like doing cat-eye makeup so this is important to me), and it is easy to remove if you make a mistake. When the application goes well, the final look is very pretty.Now for the negatives.. the applicator puts out WAY too much product sometimes. It will leak a big glob of liner and mess up your whole look. I needed to keep a paper towel nearby to blot the tip before applying. Because there is so much product, it can easily migrate into your eyeball (ouch). As far as longwear, I sometimes see flakes of liner around my eye towards the end of the day so it doesn't have the best longevity, but it doesn't mess up the overall look.Again, MAYBE my liner was just a dud, but the liner leaking was super annoying and made application a big pain. I couldn't even bring myself to keep using it, and I hate wasting makeup. I won't be repurchasing this, but feel free to give it a try if you're convinced by the positive reviews on here.Hope this helps!
