REVIEW WITH UPDATES
SEVERAL UPDATES AT THE END.So far this thing is fabulous. The first day I got it I used it all day long, load after load after load and it worked wonderfully. The spinner did a far, far better job than I expected! Obviously the clothes are not dry but they don’t have much water left in them (unless it’s like a towel). Very impressed with the spinner. It does get unbalanced sometimes, of course, but you get the hang of it. so far at least this is not been a problem. (Also, I have found that if I press firmly on the lid of the spinner the balance issue often resolves itself.)The tube that comes with it for filling the washing compartment with water is useless (waay too short). But if you get a RinsaRoo you can easily fill it from a shower head or a sink faucet. To rinse: After washing cycle stops, let the dirty water drain out, pull the wet clothes out (then I drop them in the spinner side), l refill the washer with clean water, put the clothes back in, then run it again to rinse. For me, the only downside of this otherwise awesome item is that it drains by gravity. So I don’t know how one would use it if it were not in a bathtub or shower stall. I put mine in the tub for easy drainage. In summary:My clothes get clean. The spinner does a great job. It’s neither loud nor quiet. It is easy to change the length of time for washing, rinsing, and spinning. It needs to be in a tub or shower stall because it drains by gravity. I used a Rinsaroo to fill the washer side. Though my Rinsaroo broke after a few months and now I just use a plastic pitcher.Lastly, overall I’m very happy with my purchase.I’m very satisfied with my purchase and have had no problems. Knock on wood, as I know that returning a large item like this would be a big hassle. And I have never had good experiences having to return things to China.Note, my suggestions re. the spin side. Use the provided white plastic disc in the spinner. Follow the directions (It goes on TOP of the clothes.) Press it down just a little bit onto the wet clothes before spinning. Do not fill to the top with clothes, and do not put one small thing - either seem to cause it to be unbalanced.UPDATE #1:AMZ = AMAZONI bought another washer (gift). It arrived with a LARGE hole in the box, not a good sign. Indeed, the machine received a long crack along the spinner side. :-(AMZ says I'm not eligible for a refund because it is a 3rd party seller.Their 3rd party policy says, "Third-party sellers must either provide a return address within the United States, a prepaid return label, or offer a full refund without requesting the item be returned. If a seller does not offer these methods to return your items, you may file an A-to-z Guarantee claim to seek help with your return."I received no labels. So I can "file a claim" for help with a return. Which would cost MUCH more than I paid for the item.I wrote the company through AMZ's "Problem with order" page, which AMZ said I have to do.AMZ says, "If the seller does not resolve your issue within 48 hours of the first message, you can revisit this page to check if you are eligible to request an A-to-z Guarantee refund."If the company says I have to return it (which would cost MUCH more than I paid for the item), that will be considered 'resolving the issue.' So, I'll be screwed. All I can do is hope the company will reimburse me or send another machine. (Both of which I am sure will not happen.)I will UPDATE this review as things move forward.UPDATE #2:Seller said they would send a replacement and it would arrive 12/08. Today's the 12th, it has not arrived.UPDATE #3:It arrived the 13th. Minor exterior damage (probably from the large hole punched in the box), but it works just fine! The company provided very fast communication (using Amazon's communication platform) and resolved the issue. I am impressed! And I still love mine.UPDATE #4:Pair of underwear fell between the drum & exterior! But a coat hanger resolved getting the item out. Always use the plastic frisbee-thing when spinning!UPDATE #5:Spinner stopped working. I have tried/checked everything imaginable. Even followed a reviewer's advice and took off the back looking for things out of place or damaged. Nothing I can see. Another reviewer suggested letting the interior dry well as water gets in it easily. I left a hair dryer on low and facing the machine interior to dry it well. No luck.*** I'm super sad. ***(I paid $140 for it. Then when I bought one as a gift it was $100. Now it is $62! wth? I got so burned! funny/not funny)

Perfect for RV!
Update 12/19/20: I’ve used this washer almost every day for a little over 3 months now and wanted to come back and update my review to say it’s still working perfectly and I still highly, highly recommend it, especially for RVers (I traveled over 1100 miles this fall and was so happy not to have to use a public laundromat with the pandemic still going on). As I mentioned in my original review, I attached an old knee high stocking to the end of the drain hose with a rubber band to collect any lint that gets by the lint filter inside the washer and it’s amazing how much lint it’s stops from going into your gray tank! Lint will happen with any kind of washer so this in no way detracts from this machine...just passing on a little trick that has worked well for me. Anyway... I will update as time goes on, but I am still thrilled with this little workhorse! It’s awesome!I just received this little machine yesterday, but have already done 3 loads and am totally in love with it!! I am a full time RVer and had no room in my RV for even a small stackable washer/dryer, leaving me no choice but to either hand wash or trudge to the laundromat lugging a heavy basket, only to find broken machines, machines that were all already in use or ones full of other peoples dog hair and no telling what else. Yuck! Not to mention the time spent hunting quarters. When this little machine arrived, I easily unboxed it (by myself) and carried it into the bathroom. The box itself came with straps around it which made carrying the box super easy, and once unboxed there are indentations on each side of the machine which serve as handles. I found it to be relatively lightweight and easy to pick up and move! Anyway, I set it inside my RV shower (elevated on a plastic coated wire rack to keep the base nice and dry) and it was a perfect fit. The only downsides to this machine are that the drain hose is a bit short as is the electric cord, but I was able to make it work. I didn’t bother with attaching the fill hose, I just used my hand held shower head to fill the washer. I started with a small load of wash rags and cleaning rags just to try things out. My only mistake was that I accidentally included a sponge that was loaded with dish soap and I had to rinse everything several times to get rid of all the suds. Lesson learned! On subsequent loads I found that approximately one tablespoon of HE laundry detergent is the perfect amount to clean the clothes and yet not be overwhelmed by suds. I don’t add fabric softener to my towels and cleaning rags as that lessens their absorbency, but when washing other items, I added about a tablespoon of liquid softener to the rinse. Again, I found that small amount to be perfect. For the rags, I set the spin dryer for about two minutes and they came out almost dry. For a load that contained two heavier polo shirts and several pair of socks, I let them spin for 3 minutes. Again, they came out almost dry. Hung everything up with a small fan blowing on them and everything was completely dry in an hour or so. I also left the lids open on the machine after using so the inside could completely dry then stored it away until my next use inside a small closet. The machine is very quiet, even during the spin cycle. I’m still looking for a better “stand” to elevate it more securely when using inside the bathtub as I want to be sure water from the drain never touches the bottom of the machine, and because it uses a gravity drain, elevating helps ensure the water drains out more efficiently. During my extensive pre-buy research, I had read that some people had issues with these types of machines with lint clogging their drains after a while so to prevent any possibility of that happening in my RV, I attached an old knee high stocking to the end of the drain hose with a rubber band so that all of the discharged water was filtered thru the stocking before going down the drain. It works like a charm. The lint collected in the end of the stocking and was easy to brush off into the trash can once the stocking was dry. There is also a small lint filter inside the machine that helps keep lint from redepositing on your clothes. It can easily be removed for cleaning. I need to look around to see if I can find replacements for this filter as I can see the possibility that it will not last forever. In any case, I am absolutely thrilled with my purchase. I can actually say it was fun doing laundry! No, it won’t completely eliminate the occasional use of a laundromat for a large load of heavy towels, a complete sheet set or bulky blankets, but I would say for daily small loads which represent 95% of my laundry, this machine is perfect! Highly recommend!

Excellent!
It's been a month now using this every weekend. I have a small apartment and was tired of spending $30 a week at the laundry mat and lugging it all back and forth. I bought this to try out. While you will spend your entire day doing regular loads of laundry it gets the clothes super clean and I don't mind doing laundry all day.1. Fits in the bathtub, there will be no way for the water intake hose to fit on probably any type of faucet. I use a bucket to fill with water.2. You can put a lot in the washer part. 5-6 adult t-shirts. My 5 year old I can put all his clothes for a week into 2 loads (except the jeans). About 3 blouses and 2 pair of yoga pants. Only 1 pair of Jeans and 1 shirt, maybe some undies or socks. I haven't tried towels yet or sheets.3. The Spin dryer only spins the clothes dry, it doesn't heat up in case you didn't realize that. You can put a about 1/3 of the clothes you wash in there at a time. If you run the spinner 2x or only put 1 or 2 items in at a time, they come out between 80-90% dry. If you fill it too much or don't spin it enough, about 70% or less dry. I hang the clothes on a rack and some out doors.4. Please make sure to clean the lint trap (in the washer part) every couple of loads or the lint will stick to your clothes. It slides right out and right back in. Easy peasy!5. I add a tiny bit a fabric softener during the rinse.6. I am going to 1x a month wash the clothes and bring them to the laundry mat to dry only. The clothes need all that extra lint removed because they start feeling "heavier" I guess you can say.**Overall I love this washer. It's light and portable. It gets the job done.!!**I would recommend this product!
