Both ear hooks broke within minutes of use.
Both plastic ear hooks broke within minutes of use. Very, very cheaply made and will not last a day without breaking. The earbud tips are very tiny and would not even fit. These are not Jabra replacements, their not much of anything.

Most of this is helpful
I needed this pack for the "hooks". You cannot find the individual pieces for my bluetooth anymore. I have to buy the Packs to get the soft piece and the right ear piece. Really disappointing.
