Good quality fitting and light quality
Nice and easy to install. The external wires I thought were very generous, about 500mm long so plenty to work with. Like many light fittings it’s just Live and Neutral, no Earth. Light quality is great, not too ‘white’ or blue/white like some LEDS. I’ve bought 2 more to replace old tube units. Light, slimline. I would take off the plastic protective film from the lens before fitting as once in place the clips are not strong enough to resist the force required, the film is very firmly stuck on. Time will tell how long they last but so far, so good

Good bright light
I have these in my kitchen. They provide an excellent light for working in.

Good value.. bright light.
Decent quality but feels quite flimsy due to very lightweight construction, which however is a positive for ease of handling and installation. Easy two clip mounting straight to plaster board as there is little weight to support. Short length of 2 core supply cable fitted which limits positioning choice as it exits the fitting near to one end. There are no access cutouts for the cable to exit the back of the unit. The only option without substantial modification is for the supply cable to be routed from the end or the first 80mm or so from the side. There is no earth connection to the aluminium body. Overall I am pleased with the purchase. The light output is a vast improvement over the 100w incandescent it replaced, quite adequate to illuminate o single sized garage.

performance.
Like its brightness, instant operation and clean lines. Dislike its poor installation instructions, flimsiness and shallow channel for wiring. Used it to replace a tube light in the kitchen, works very well but not a job for those with limited DIY skills. I am a skilled craftsman with electrical knowledge and experience of all things construction and it tested my ability. I highly recommend a qualified electrician for installation.

Brilliantly Bright, little expensive
just a shame in the box had bend in it like the driver shut his door on it. Was hoping it wasn't damaged but it was. Had nasty kink in the metal frame work of the light fitting. Seeing's as it was only for my shed I decided to straighten it out best I could. Wired it up and tested it brilliant pure white light so i Fitted light to ceiling of shed. Kink still shows but I'm not to bothered. Quite expensive really for the quality of metal and plastic but was idea for what i needed.

Super awkward to install on ceiling
Extremely problematic to install so gave up and got a different light. The light is fine but the issue is installing it. It has metal claws which are screwed onto a ceiling and the light clips on. This is rather fiddke as the claws disapoear inside the light and are tricky to engage. The biggest problem is the wiring. The light has a short wire with bare contacts extending about 9 inches from one end of the light. This only reaches about halfway to the middle so if your power wires are there you have an instant problem. The wire itself is soldered directly to the circuitry do you also can't replace this with a longer wire.It gets worse. If you want the light to sit flush on a ceiling there is almost no space between the ceiling and the light body for connections to go and nowhere to connect wires on the light. All you get are two bare wires coming from the light, so if you have power wires coming from your ceiling you need a terminal block to join the wires safely. But there's no room for even a small terminal block under the light, even if you split it into separate connections. If you have space in the ceiling to tuck away your terminal blocks you can do that but if you don't, you're doomed. The only connector that might work is a barrel crimp connector but the whole setup is awkward and fiddly. For this reason, I gave up and returned the light. Waste of two hours.

Easy to Fit!
Great produce. Just the job for my small garage. It was easy to wire into my existing switched circuit. Great light for the price.
