works most times
Not only do I have arthritis, I have a Tarlov cyst in my back that causes me to have pain in my lower extremities when I lay down in the bed flat. Apparently the unremovable Tarlov Cyst pushes on nerves in my spine once I am off of my feet. Aspercreme Lidocaine Diabetic Foot Creme applied about a half hour before bed time does wonders to calm this pain down so I am able to get some sleep. It also helps with neuropathy that people get with being diabetic or having improper blood flow. It only takes a small amount to be effective. Hope it helps you as it has me.

Does the job..but I like others better
I dislike the moisturizing aspect in as much as I want some callous on my feet. It makes walking barefoot much easier. I tried Absorbine Jr which works just as good for pain relief and I don't need it every night. Just a few evenings then not for week(s) at times.

It actually works.
This product actually works. The lidocaine works to slightly numb the area you use it on and it lasts for hours. The price on this product is quite good. It’s 2 bottles so one stays in the bedroom and one in the tv room. When they are empty I will be re-ordering.

Works great.
This works great on achy feet from nerve pain. It helps relieve the pain. Just wear gloves to apply unless you want to have your hands numb up some too.
