Not only does it work great, customer service was fantastic!
I ordered this because it was the same one we use in the office and since I work 3 days from home, I figured it would be handy. I got it in the mail and it wouldn’t turn on. Contacted support and sent me a new power cord overnighted and it works beautifully! Works just how it should as if it was brand new!

Works well with 2 monitors and a latitude 3520 laptop - but limited to 1080p for dual monitors
I initially had problems getting a Dell xps13 with Windows 10 and an 8th gen i5 to drive 2 2K LG 27" monitors. I wanted to drive them both at 1080p but it kept trying to drive one at 2k and one at 720p. When I switched to a latitude 3520 everything worked perfectly. I'm not sure if it was the newer CPU or Windows 11.Anyway, if I had 2 1080p monitors everything would have been fine. If you have higher resolution monitors it is probably better to get a newer dock. The dock3misin pretty good condition - a couple scuffs but nothing serious.

I should have read the reviews!
I should have read the reviews about the "renewed" program. The work station stopped working a year after purchase!

Stopped working correctly after only 6 months!
At first the product worked wonderfully, but after 6 months I noticed a shower of "sparkels" on my main monitor, as if there was some sort of interference. Then the screen would go black, like it had lost signal, on both my main and secondary monitors. This began to gain frequency, so I switched out the HDMI cord to the main monitor, with no change in status.I have attempted to contact the seller, but the calls go straight to voicemail, and I am not getting any call back.At this point I am pretty dissatisfied. I have bought "renewed" items before, and this is the first time it has not lived up to my expectations. I guess I should have purchased a new one from Dell with a better warranty...
