The smell
The smell is absolutely disgusting it smells like coca butter and it feels sticky , I want this to work - I want this so badly, but I have no hope in it and I don’t even know if I can keep using it because the smell is so bad! I might just put it it in bin

I'll never go back
This stuff is amazing. I am super smell sensitive and this is the best for my hair--it has a nice smell, but nothing chemical-y. Just soft and pleasant. But more than that it makes my hair feel amazing, has definitely made it stronger and therefore sustaining longer hair growth, and people have made tons of compliments. PS I love their shampoo AND hair scrub! The scrub is by far the best. You use it once/week and I swear I look forward to hair scrub day. It's like an insta-silky wash

Cute, cost effective and smells AMAZING
I’ve gotta be honest, this was a personal experiment when trying out the amazon subscriptions. So I didn’t expect much, but the smell, the texture - during and after. The thinner but taller packaging looks great on the shower walls. Still waiting to see long term results, but a great cheap substitute if you have ever after paid too many paychecks in a row!

i had very frizzy, braking off, split ends... i wish i could show u how much this has helped my hair... but i have been using 4 product to get this result....the shampoo, conditioner, no frizz grow serum & the leave in conditioner with detangler

Gentle but effective
The shampoo and conditioner work as advertised. They do not dry my hair out in order to achieve volume.
