Not quite up to charging small battery pack in outdoor light.
I bought these to repair some outdoor solar lights.They produce the required voltage, but even after being out in the sun all day, the lights only remain light for an hour or so rather than all night.I must add, I had also replaced the batteries, so it's not a battery issue.

Not worth spending time on them
Even after putting all 4 in parallel i could just get a led to light up. This was out side in full sun. They are crap. Look for something better. Very dissatisfied with this

Very low power
I received these as a present and I found that the power through them is much lower than advertised. I am getting 1.5V but much less than the 300mA. I have found that I generally get 7mA. After holding one very close to a light bulb I only managed to get a reading of 30mA.
