Acne Clearing Eraser (A.C.E.) - Blue LED Light Therapy

Didn’t work at all. Powered on for less than a second then shut itself off. New batteries didn't help. Maybe I just got a dud, but unfortunately I’d missed the return window.

I returned this. It worked for two 2 minutes sessions, maybe three times at best, and then it will not turn on again. When you press the power button, it will turn on the blue lights for two seconds, beep six times and shut off. I would have to wait till it cools down, take out the batteries and wait a few minutes (because if you take out the batteries and put back the batteries right away it will still not work), and then turn back on for and again use for two sessions only. I have used this device for a week and everyday I go through this same routine of using on two spots and that’s it. I’ve even tried by using new AAA batteries and it is still the same. I’m tired of having to wait such a long time in between sessions and lord knows how many times I’ve taken out the batteries and reload.A lemon? I repurchased and hope the new one will work. This is cheap. I get acne on my nose and chin so I don’t need an expensive blue LED mask that covers the whole face.
